February 18
The Trager® Approach
Sessions with Robert Lockheed

The Trager® Approach is movement education or re-education that combines subtle movements of elongation, compression, shimmering and gentle rocking that provides an opportunity for one to release restrictive (physical, mental or emotional) patterns. The session is performed in stretchable/loose clothing lying on a comfortable padded table allowing for ease of movement & flexibility. The intention is to provide a comfortable, safe & relaxing environment for the client to explore their maximum range of flexibility & motion with the least amount of effort. The client is passively guided by the practitioner throughout the session while discovering a freer and easier way of being and moving. This full body experience is deeply relaxing by reducing muscle tension, improving circulation, boosting the immune system and balancing the body energetically.

Appointments scheduled in 30 minute sessions.
Cost: $25 for 30 minutes
$50 for 60 minutes

To schedule, contact Michelle at 740.350.5654 or via email at michelle (at) inhaleyoga.org.
